I. Call to order

II. II. Executive Session - The Board may call for a hearing pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843 and §38-431.03(A)(2) to meet in a hearing to consider whether a student should be disciplined, including expulsion, and to consider student records confidential by law.

III. Executive Session Admonishment
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. 38-431.03. |

IV. III.1. The Board will review the recommendations of MUHS Administration and the Hearing Officer and make a determination on an expulsion (Staff: MUHS Administration).
