2. Items which 2021-22 committee chose not to address or to defer;
  1. Extra-duty stipend schedule related to AP and dual-enrollment and service on guiding coalition.

V. Information/Discussion

1. Our charge and Policy H/H-R (attached)
2. OML 101 and Policy BDF guidelines
3. Merging IBB with Consensus decision-making
4. Preliminary issues to consider:

1. May include the following (Note: if not listed here, items can be suggested for a future agenda):
  - - Certified and classified staff salary/hourly rate increases.
    - Certified and classified new-hire salary determination chart – base salary increases. NOTE: standard practice is to ensure that new hires for the 2023-24 school year receive Board-approved compensation increases regardless of date of hire.
    - Substitute compensation

1. 2023-24 budget outlook and proposals for certified and classified compensation

1. Consideration and possible approval of IBB standards.
