IV.1. Achieved consensus on the following proposals:

IV.1.1. Extended Illness Bank committee membership; require committe members to be enrolled in the bank and to serve a one-year term, provision for alternate members.
|

IV.1.2. Classified hourly staff rate increases: $1.25 per hour
|
|
IV.1.3. Certified salary determination chart (new hires): Base increase from $37,000 to $41,000 with support from CSF to equal $1,500
|
|
IV.1.4. Certified staff salary increases: Across the board, base increase of $4,500 with $3,000 from M&O and $1,500 from CSF
|
|
IV.2. Discussed proposals and/or modifications to previous proposals:
|
|
IV.2.1. Classified salaried staff increases: Discussed a modification of prior proposal of $3,000 across the board to $3,600 for 12-month and $3,000 for 10-month classified salaried employees.
|
|
IV.2.2. Discussed proposals for new hire and current certified staff related to additional approved areas and endorsements which are present on or added to teaching certificates.

V. Action/Consensus

V.1. The committee may consider any of the items listed below for which proposals have been advanced. The consideration may lead to the modification, tabling and/or consensus approval of any of the proposals.

V.1.1. Classified salaried staff increases

V.1.2. Additional approved areas and endorsements as a component of the certified salary determination chart.
|
|
V.1.3. Additional approved areas and endorsements as a component of the certified salary advancement.
