EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE MINGUS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE ENFORCING THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC)’s GUIDANCE AND GOV. DUCEY’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-43 TO LIMIT THE SIZE OF PUBLIC GATHERINGS. AS SUCH, THE STUDY SESSION WILL BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE  WITH NO PUBLIC IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE. THERE WILL BE NO CALL TO THE PUBLIC.   Reference: Arizona Attorney General’s Opinion dated March 13, 2020, re:Concerns Related to Arizona’s Open Meeting Law and COVID-19.
