I. OPENING
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE MINGUS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE ENFORCING THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC)’s GUIDANCE AND GOV. DUCEY’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-43 TO LIMIT THE SIZE OF PUBLIC GATHERINGS. AS SUCH, THE MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH NO PUBLIC IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE. THERE WILL BE NO OPEN CALL TO THE PUBLIC. Public questions or comments related to agendized items ONLY will be accepted. If you have questions or comments related to an item which is on the agenda, you may submit those with your name and address via email up to 5:30 p.m. on the date of the meeting to cbarnard@muhs.com.  Please identify yourself by including for the record your name and address.  Zoom chat questions and commentary will not be addressed by the Board.  The Board President may share your question or comment at the appropriate time. Discussion and possible approval of a continuation of distance learning or a transition and return to in-person learning or hybrid learning models. Considerations to include ADHS health benchmarks, current YCCHS COVID-19 data, school staffing issues, and current MUHS statistics related to positive cases and quarantines.
