I. OPENING
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE MINGUS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE ENFORCING THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC)’s GUIDANCE AND GOV. DUCEY’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-43 TO LIMIT THE SIZE OF PUBLIC GATHERINGS. AS SUCH, THE MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH NO PUBLIC IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE. THERE WILL BE NO OPEN CALL TO THE PUBLIC. Public questions or comments related to agendized items ONLY will be accepted. If you have questions or comments related to an item which is on the agenda, you may submit those with your name and address via email up to 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to cmontiel@muhs.com. Please identify yourself by including for the record your name and address. The Board President may share your question or comment at the appropriate time. In-Person Learning- Discussion and possible approval of a date for the return of students to traditional in-person and teacher-led instruction based on the ADHS Safely Returning to In-Person Instruction document and information from Yavapai County Community Health Services. YCCHS Director Leslie Horton may share information and answer questions via conference call.
