Description:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE MINGUS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE ENFORCING THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC)’s GUIDANCE TO LIMIT THE SIZE OF PUBLIC GATHERINGS. AS SUCH, THE MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE WITH NO PUBLIC IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE. THERE WILL BE NO CALL TO THE PUBLIC. Reference: Arizona Attorney General’s Opinion dated March 13, 2020, re:Concerns Related to Arizona’s Open Meeting Law and COVID-19.
