All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. 38-431.03. |

IV. Executive Session

IV.1. The Board may vote to call for an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) to discuss the assignment of a District athletic coach. The employee will be given 24 hours’ notice in advance and has the right to demand that the session be held in public.
The Board may vote to call for an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) to receive legal advice from the District’s attorney concerning the assignment of a District athletic coach. The attorney will attend telephonically. |
