I. OPENING
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE MINGUS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL BE ENFORCING THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC)’s GUIDANCE TO LIMIT THE SIZE OF PUBLIC GATHERINGS. AS SUCH, THE MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH NO PUBLIC IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE. THERE WILL BE NO OPEN CALL TO THE PUBLIC.  Public questions or comments related to agendized items ONLY will be accepted. If you have questions or comments related to an item which is on the agenda, you may submit those with your name and address in the chat section of the Zoom Teleconference window or you may submit them to cmontiel@muhs.com up until 6pm the day of the meeting. Please identify yourself by clearly stating for the record your name and address. VI. ACTION ITEMS - DISTRICT BUSINESS

VI.5. Evaluators- Discussion and possible approval of the list of evaluators.

VI.6. Implementation of Board Policy BGF (Suspension/Repeal of Policy) - Under the authority of Governing Board Policy BGF, the Board will discuss and may consider approval of a temporary suspension of Board Policy BGB, as it pertains to a first and second reading of adjustments to policy ACA and ACAA in agenda item VI. 2. This provides the opportunity for the Board to approve adjustments to Policies ACA and ACAA with one (1) read rather than two (2) readings.

VI.1. Adoption of ASBA Policy advisories 677, Policy ACA - Sexual Harassment and Regulation ACA-R and 678 - Title IX Sexual Harassment and Regulation ACAA-R- discussion and  possible approval of policy advisories as a result of the final rule amending Title IX regulations 34 C.R.R. Part 106.

VI.2. Second reading of ASBA Policy Advisories 673 and 675.  Discussion and possible approval of Policy Advisory 673-IHA Basic Instructional Program and Policy Advisory 675-KB Parent Involvement in Education.

VI.3. Appointment of ASBA Delegate Assembly Representative-  Discussion and possibly appoint a District Delegate(s) for Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA) With three ASBA events at which the district is asked to vote on the direction of ASBA coming in the next four months.

VI.4. Phased-in return to in-person learning.  Discussion and possible approval of a plan to begin a phase-in to in-person learning.
