II.1. Executive Session
Description:
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. § 38-431.03.

II.1.1. Student Disciplinary Proceeding
Description:
In accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2) and A.R.S. § 15-843, the Board will hold an executive session determine whether grounds exist for suspension or expulsion of student 106327.

II.2. Administrative Personnel Designee
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action naming/designating an administrative employee to determine personnel actions, if any, to recommend to the Governing Board while Dr. Hargrove is on administrative leave.

II.4.1. Legal Advice or Consultation
Description:
The The Board may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) to discuss or consult for legal advice from the District’s attorney concerning the employment, assignment, dismissal, or disciplining the District Superintendent and to discuss or consult with the District’s attorney in order to consider its position and instruct its attorney regarding the Board’s position on a contract with the District superintendent or in settlement discussions to avoid litigation.

II.5. Instructions to Attorney
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action on instructions given to the attorney in executive session.

II.6. Next Steps in Investigation by Gust Rosenfeld
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action in the investigation of Dr. Hargrove's conduct.

II.7. Administrative Leave
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action placing Dr. Hargrove on administrative leave until all due process procedures have concluded.

II.8. Appointment of an Acting Superintendent
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action to appoint an Acting Superintendent.
