III.1. Benefit Eligibility
Description:
The Board may discuss extending benefits to those who work twenty or more hours per week beginning the 2019-2020 school year.

III.2. Termination of Shared Services
Description:
Clarkdale-Jerome Elementary School District is terminating the Groundskeeper shared services agreement effective December 31st, 2018. The cost to the District will be $18,540 for 50% of Juan's salary and benefits.

Description:
The Board may discuss and may take possible action on a FY19 budget revision.

Description:

IV.3. Bus Driver Recruitment and Retention
Description:
The Board may discuss and may take possible action on the District Administration's recommendation to increase the sign-on bonus for new bus drivers from $300 to $500, with $250 disbursed after 90 days, and the remaining $250 disbursed after 180 days; and a re-evaluation of wage competitiveness based on years of experience.

Description:

Description:
The Board may hear the findings and conclusions of attorney Susan Segal concerning the conflict of interest of Dr. Penny Hargrove and may discuss and take possible action on recommendations made in that report.

IV.10. Findings and Report of AZMerit Spring 2018 Testing
Description:
The Board may hear the findings and conclusions of attorneys Susan Segal and Carrie O’Brien concerning AZMerit testing held in the spring of 2018 and may discuss and take possible action on recommendations made in that report.

IV.11. Transition Plan
Description:
The Board may discuss and may take possible action on the next steps in the filling of the Superintendent position.

IV.12. Superintendent Consultation/Coaching Services
Description:
The Board may discuss and take possible action on a contract with an outside consultant to provide consulting/coaching services to Mingus Union High School District #4 to support a new, acting, or interim superintendent in a transition of leadership in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

IV.13. Executive Session

Description:
The Board may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) to discuss or consult for legal advice from the District’s attorney concerning inquiry about the open meeting law requirements for executive sessions and for content of agendas.

Description:
The Board may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) for discussion or consideration of funding of extra duty pay for the short-term interim superintendent duties currently relegated to Genie Gee and Lynn Leonard.
