Description:
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during executive session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. 38-431.03.

Description:
Pursuant to A.R.S. ยง38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4), the Governing Board may vote to convene in executive session for the purpose of discussion or consultation with the attorney(s) for the District concerning the lawsuit pending in Yavapai County Superior Court encaptioned Mingus Union High School District et al. v. Tim Carter et al. and for considering its position and instructing its attorney(s) regarding settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve that litigation.

II.2. Action on Executive Session
Description:
The Board may take possible action concerning the matter encaptioned Mingus Union High School District et al. v. Tim Carter et al.

II.3. Petition Sub-Committee
Description:
The board will discuss and take possible action regarding forming a sub-committee of the board to address possible petition language and the form of the petition as directed by the Court in the proposed settlement.
