II.1. Board Retreat
Description:
The Board will informally discuss the current state of the District and plans for the next five years, including but not limited to the following areas:

II.1.1. District Level Needs Assessment and Planning
Description:
The board will learn and discuss the current data and needs assessments for each department that make up the district. They will also weigh in on the 5-year plans developed for Human Resources, Technology, DAA/Capital Outlay, Transportation, and Food Service.

II.1.2. Building Level Needs Assessment and Planning
Description:
The board will receive an update on Mingus Union High School programs and services. These updates will include, but are not limited to new initiatives, student assessments, student support services, school safety, and career and technical education programs.
|
|
II.1.3. Identification of Board and Superintendent Goals for 2018-2019
Description:
The Governing Board will identify 3-5 goals for the Board and Superintendent to focus on for SY19 that promotes students and staff growth, along with community outreach.
