Description:
Coach John Brown requests approval for out-of-state travel to a softball tournament in Las Vegas, NV for 18 students. The team will be representing Mingus for the fifth time at this tournament.

III. ACTION ITEMS - DISTRICT BUSINESS

III.1. Intervention Planning
Description:
The Board will discuss and consider approval for a proposed budget item not to exceed $1,800.00 for Intervention Planning.

III.2. Certified Positions
Description:
The Board will discuss and consider approval for hiring an additional full-time History Teacher and a full-time Science Teacher for the 2018-19 school year.
|
|
III.3. Rural Schools Employee Benefit Trust
Description:
The Board will discuss and consider approval to join the Rural Schools Employee Benefit Trust for employee vision and dental insurance coverage.
|
|
III.4. School Calendar - Parent/Teacher Conference Date(s)
Description:
The Board will discuss and consider approval for adding Parent/Teacher Conferences to the 2018-19 school calendar on September 13th & 14th, and on February 14th & 15th to align with the COCSD calendar dates. Parent/Teacher conference dates will follow the "Exam" bell schedule.
