III.1. Advisory Committee Configuation

Description: The Governing Board will meet jointly with Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District for discussion and possible action regarding the configuration of an Advisory Committee previously approved by the Mingus Union High School Governing Board on September 26, 2017 and Cottonwood Oak Creek School District on October 3, 2017. Pursuant to Policy BDF - the following guidelines will be established:

A written, specific statement of the purpose of the committee.
The dates on which interim and final reports of the committee are to be rendered.
The date upon which the committee will be terminated.
The extent to which facilities, supplies, equipment, and clerical support will be provided to the committee.

III.2. Topics for Inquiry

Description: The Governing Board will meet with Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District for discussion and possible action regarding jointly identified topics of inquiry for the newly formed Advisory Committee.
