Description:  The Board will discuss and consider approval of the contract for Certified Athletic Trainer services with Verde Valley Medical Center.

Description:  The Board will consider approval of a request for sole source provider for athletic trainer services. 

Description:  The Board will discuss and consider approval of the Settlement Agreement with Arizona Department of Education regarding the average daily membership audit for the 2013, 2014, and 2015 fiscal years. 

Description:  The Board will discuss and consider approval of the following mid-year personnel action items:

New Hire - Julia Burke - ALC Coordinator
Rate Change - Hannah Cantaloupe - Bookstore Assistant
Rate Change - Theresa Chavez - Custodial Sub
Rate Change - Deborah Hess - Food Service
Rate Change - Dale West - Food Service

Description:  The Board may discuss and take action regarding policies for class offerings, independent study, and class sizes, as well as the means by which students can take AP classes and how credit is assessed for those classes.  The Board may discuss and take action as to policies regarding the graduation requirements and recognition.  (The Board may choose to go into executive session to receive a report of legal advice and discuss compensation for class offerings, pursuant to Section 38-431.03(A)(3); (A)(4); and/or (A)(5)).
