Description:

II.6. Account Closure and Transfer of Funds
Description:
The Business Office is requesting approval to close an obsolete bank account and transfer the remaining funds in the primary District clearing account. The obsolete account was used for employee withholding deposits for dependent coverage when the District was a member of the Verde Valley Employee Benefit Trust.

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with fiscal year 16 budget projections based on the State's budget, which includes some inflationary increases concurrent with further cuts to capital funding.

Description:
Administration will present updated information on identified capital needs and possible funding options through bonds, as a follow up to discussions at the last Board meeting.

IV. ACTION ITEMS - DISTRICT BUSINESS

IV.1. Salary & Wage Reommendations
Description:
The Board will discuss and may take action regarding recommendations from the Salary and Benefits Committee regarding salaries and wages for the 2015-16 school year. The Board may go into Executive Session to discuss compensation of employees (pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(5)).

IV.2. Proposed Budget Revision for Fiscal Year 2014-15
Description:
The Board will consider approval of the proposed budget revision for fiscal year 2014-15. Administration is recommending an adjustment to the amount of District Additional Assistance (DAA) being transferred to M&O, due to revised budget projections for the current year and next year.
