II.1. APS Utility Easement
Description:
The Board may discuss and will consider approval of an easement with APS to locate a transformer partially on District property, close to the public right of way along Fir Street. This transformer is part of the solar project and its location will extend past the public right of way, onto District property, prompting their request for the attached easement. Administration supports approval of the easement.
