Unscheduled Public Appearances – According to ARS #38-431.01(G) Before you begin to speak, please identify yourself by clearly stating for the record your name and address. If you wish to speak on an item either on or not on the agenda, please complete a pink Public Participation Form listing the item you would like to speak about. Give the form to the Board secretary and the President will call upon you at the appropriate time. Governing Board members may not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during an “open call to the public”. The only allowable responses a Governing Board member may make are: 1) Board member may respond if there is direct criticism of the Board member; 2) Board member may direct staff to look into a matter; or 3) Board member can ask to have this item placed on a future agenda. Please limit your time to 3 minutes or less. |

EntireCare HELPS Athletes is a service of VVMC. The program's goal is to optimize health, well-being, and performance of high school athletes. Members of the Entire Care team will be present to inform the board of this ongoing collaboration of MUHS and VVMC.
