3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:
The Governing Board may consider convening an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1) to interview candidates related to the position of district Superintendent.

4. RECONVENE AT JOSEPH CITY JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM FOR COMMUNITY MEETING
Description:
Board members will reconvene in open session at 5:00 p.m. in the B.G. Bennett Auditorium located at 4629 East 2nd North, Joseph City, AZ 86032. This session will provide an opportunity for community members to meet the superintendent finalists and ask questions.

5. RECONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION AT DISTRICT OFFICE BOARD ROOM
Description:
The Governing Board will reconvene and continue the executive session at the District Office Board Room immediately following the Community Meeting.
