VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. Consider a motion to convene into Closed Executive Session for the purpose of:

discussing limited personnel matters as permitted under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-5-1(H)(2), specifically the Board will be provided an update on several personnel investigations ongoing.
discussion of collective bargaining negotiations. Specifically, NMSA 1978 § 10-15-1(H)(5), allows the Board to hold closed executive sessions for discussions regarding bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiation.
