III.E. Park Gym Guaranteed Maximum Price #1 Approval- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
The Holbrook School District has received a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GPM) #1 from Core Construction to begin the procurement of materials and services for the Park Gym project. The GMP is a portion of the project that HUSD #3 will provide funding for. The remainder of the costs will be included in the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The initial GMP is scheduled at $594,498.
