F.1.a. District administration presents for review a summary of our social media marketing strategies and outcomes, including paid advertisements on social media platforms.

F.2. Information and Discussion regarding Open Enrollment Trends

F.2.a. District administration provides information for review and discussion regarding open enrollment for the current year in comparison to the prior three years.

F.3. Information and Discussion regarding Proposed Policy Revisions

F.3.a. District administration presents for review proposed policy revisions, with no action to be taken at this meeting. Nearly all policies under review derive from Section G of the Policy Manual, related to Personnel. The attached document summarizes the revisions, and the accompanying policy drafts include strike-through text to indicate deletions and underlined text to indicate additions. The revisions would not result in substantive changes to existing policies, but would yield changes to policy titles and reference letters due to the consolidation of multiple related policies and the elimination of redundant policies. For example, the current policies in Section G often have parallel versions for certified/professional staff and for classified staff; the revisions under review would consolidate parallel policies into a single policy for all staff.
