Rationale:
Bethel Public Schools will use these grant subawards from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
and the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection (DESPP) to implement six critical cybersecurity priority projects. These projects directly target high-risk gap areas identified in our district-wide cybersecurity assessments, aligning with the State of Connecticut Cybersecurity Strategy and federal CISA guidelines under the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) Round 2. These subawards operate under an 80% Federal / 20% Local cost-share model. |

Rationale:
In the fall of each school year, each principal will present their school improvement plan for the 2026-2027 school year.
