2. 2026-2027 Meal Prices
Speaker(s):
Jen Variale
Rationale:
Please read the attached memo. Annually the Board needs to set meal prices for students and staff (breakfast and lunch). We are required to raise the prices .10. There is current legislation which would provide free breakfast for all students, regardless of income. If that occurs, we would eliminate the charge.

3. 2026-2027 Tuition Rates
Speaker(s):
Christine Carver
Rationale:
Annually, the Board sets tuition rates for non-resident students. The Board has always adopted those rates at an increase commensurate with the budget increase.
Since I am asked every year, we have one student this year (BHS) who is not a resident and pays full tuition. It also sets the rates for staff members children attend BPS based on district policy. We currently have 30 staff member's children that attend (K-12).
