IV.A. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to deliberate the selection of a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The Board will deliberate in closed (executive) session, as permitted by 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code.

V.A. Action, if any, on the lone finalist for Superintendent. The Board may, or may not, take action at this called meeting to name a lone finalist. If it does take such action, it will do so in open (public) session, according to law.
