II. Consideration for approval of a Contract Award to Braun & Butler Construction to replace the HVAC systems at the GISD Performing Arts Center and GHS Fine Arts wing and to upgrade the HVAC system at the EVHS field house weight room for a total cost of $1,097,937.

III. Consideration for approval of a Contract Award to Sisk-Robb, Inc. to conduct asbestos abatement at Tippit MS for a total cost of $49,900 and authorize David Biesheuvel to approve the Change Orders to the Contract for unforseen circumstances totaling no more than $5,000.
