2. PUBLIC PARTICPATION AS ALLOWED BY POLICY BED(LOCAL) (LIMITED TO THREE MINUTES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL)

3. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS

3.A. §551.074 Personnel Matters: Deliberate the Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment, Duties, Discipline, or Dismissal of a Public Officer or Employee

3.A.1. Deliberation regarding the evaluation of Trustee Connie Maxell's performance of duties relating to her July 27th Memo to the former OISD Interim Superintendent; and

3.A.2. Deliberation regarding need to employ new interim superintendent of schools to fulfill duties of superintendent during period of time school board is conducting the search process for a new superintendent of schools. (Discussion regarding the Board's procedure for conducting the search for a new interim superintendent will be conducted in open session, and discussion regarding possible individual candidates for the position will be conducted in closed session.)

3.B. Return to Open Meeting: State Time and clarify no variance from the posted agenda in Closed Session

4.A. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a document/resolution censuring the conduct of Connie Maxwell, a member of the Board Trustees.
