2. Closed Session- Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, consultation with District's legal counsel regarding legal and procedural matters concerning pending TEA complaints.

3. Open Session-Reconvene from Closed Session for Consideration and possible action regarding pending TEA complaints.
