1. Call to order - 6:00 p.m.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

2.  Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071

2.B.1. Discussion regarding non-contractual employees.

2.B.2. Discussion on the Chapter 21 contract appeal to the Commissioner of Education by Dr. William Arevalo and any potential separation agreement between Dr. William Arevalo and La Pryor I.S.D.

2.B.3. Consultation with the attorney regarding personnel and other legal issues.

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered in closed session.

3.A. Discuss and take possible action to approve agenda items regarding Safety and Security as discussed in closed session.
