1. Call to order - 6:00 p.m.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

1.B. For information only: TASB Update on Board Member training hours to date and upcoming board member training opportunities for board members.

1.C. Discuss and take possible action to approve the 2024-2025 Budget amendment form as presented.

2.  Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071 

2.A. Discuss and consider Grievances filed in the district.

2.B. Discuss and consider interim or acting superintendent candidate(s).

2.C. Discuss and consider termination of Dr. William Arevalo's Chapter 21 Superintendent contract with La Pryor ISD.

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered in closed session.

3.A. Take necessary action on grievances filed in the district.

3.B. Take necessary action to appoint or hire acting or interim superintendent.

3.C. Take necessary action to terminate La Pryor ISD Chapter 21 Superintendent contract of Dr. William Arevalo.
