3. Discuss and possible action to approve the 2022-2023 TEKS Certification Materials.  This certification must be approved before we can order any materials for the 2022-2023 school year.

4. Discuss and possible action to approve the Interlocal Participation Agreement (IPA) between TASB Risk Management Fund and La Pryor ISD.

5. Discuss and possible action to approve a one-time hourly increase for teachers for summer instruction and summer professional development and preparation from $25.00 an hour to $40.00 an hour for instruction and from $20 an hour to $35 an hour for professional development/preparation for the summer of 2022.

6.
