3. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING APPLICATIONS FOR TAXABLE VALUE LIMITATION ON ELIGIBLE PROPERTY FILED BY SISTER 1, LLC, AND BROTHER 1 LLC, UNDER THE TEXAS JOBS, ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY, AND INNOVATION ACT, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE 403, SUBCHAPTER T
The Bloomington Independent School District (“BISD”) will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Texas Government Code § 403.611 (b) regarding six (6) Applications for Taxable Value Limitation on Eligible Property; five of which filed by Sister 1, LLC and one filed by Brother 1 LLC (collectively “Blue Energy”), Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Application(s) Nos.  J0043, J0044, J0045, J0046, J0047, and J0048 under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act, Texas Government Code § 403, Subchapter T. Brother Blue Energy plans to invest $6.2B through the implementation of a new product assembly line. The project will be located at Edna Lane, Victoria, Texas 77951. The hearing will take place on November 9, 2026, at 6:15 P.M. at the Bloomington ISD Board Room, located at 2781 FM 616, Bloomington, Texas 77951.  All citizens and interested persons are encouraged to attend this hearing and present their views to the Board of Trustees.
