4. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING CREATION OF REINVESTMENT ZONE 
On November 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM, the Board of Trustees for the Bloomington Independent School District (“Board”) will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of a reinvestment zone at the Bloomington ISD Board Meeting Room located at 2781 FM 616 Bloomington, Texas 77951.  All interested persons are invited to attend to provide comments at the meeting. The reinvestment zone relates to a possible agreement that will be considered at a future public Board meeting pursuant to an application submitted by Brother 1, LLC.  (No. J0043) and Sister 1, LLC (Nos. J0044, J0045, J0046, J0047, and J0048) Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts pursuant to the Jobs, Energy, Technology and Innovation Act (JETI), 403 Texas Government Code under Chapter 311 and Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. The application calls for the development of a gas-to-nuclear power generation facility project located entirely within the boundaries of Bloomington ISD, and on property owned by the Port of Victoria on Edna Lane, Victoria, Texas 77591 to be named the Port of Victoria Reinvestment Zone #3.
