6.A. Review the district’s Safety and Security Committee regarding the district's updated multi-hazard EOP in accordance with best practices identified by TEA, the TxSSC, or a person included in the registry established by the TxSSC (i.e., a safety consultant)

6.B. Review the district's updated reunification annex for the Emergency Operations Plan

7. Information/Discussion Agenda Items

7.A. Discuss information for the district concerning any campus, facility, or support services in connection with the safety and security audit, a safety and security audit report, or other reports the district is required to submit to the TxSSC

7.B. Discuss consultations with local law enforcement agencies on methods to increase law enforcement presence near district campuses.

7.C. Review reports the district is required to submit to the TxSSC to ensure that the reports contain accurate and complete information regarding each campus, facility, or support service in accordance with criteria established by the TxSSC

7.C.1. Review report on weekly door inspection logs as submitted to TxSSC

7.C.2. Discuss modifications to Bleeding Control / AED Stations

7.C.3. Discuss the district's Biannual Maintenance Review

7.C.4. Review annual drill logs as submitted to TxSSC for the 2025-2026 school year

7.D. Discuss preparations for Cardiac Response compliance by the 2027-2028 school year

7.E. Discuss recent school safety rulemaking updates including 19 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), §103.1209, Mandatory School Drills; §103.1215, School Safety Requirements; §103.1217, Safety During Extracurricular Activities; and §103.1219, Assignment of a Conservator for Noncompliance with School Safety Requirements

7.F. Discuss drill planning and goals for the 2026-2027 multi-agency reunification exercise
