2. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will deliberate in a closed meeting/executive session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, under the following statutory exceptions:

Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters): To deliberate the Superintendent’s Employment Contract, retirement, transition, and potential reassignment of duties; and to deliberate the appointment of an Interim Superintendent and contract terms for same
