Description:
For the purpose of consideration of matters for which closed or executive sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code §(.071-084), whereupon the Superintendent, at the request of the President of the Board of Education, will present for the Board's discussion the following matters:

4. OPEN FORUM FOR AGENDA ITEMS

4.A. Persons attending the meeting may request an Open Forum Sign-Up Card. The card must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the Board President or designee prior to the meeting being convened. The first Open Forum is limited to agenda items other than personnel, public officers, and individual/specific students. Speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes. When more than one individual wishes to address the same agenda item, the President may ask the group to appoint one spokesperson.
