3.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 and 551.082, Texas Government Code, Board Policy DGBA (LOCAL) hearing on Level III grievance appeal of Alecia Manuel-Williams.

3.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel), discussion regarding the duties, responsibilities, and evaluation of the Superintendent, and consultation with District legal counsel regarding the same.
