4.E. Deliberation and possible action regarding proposed nonrenewal of term contract employees, including but not limited to Central Office Executive Director.

4.F. Deliberation and possible action regarding conducting a non-renewal hearing before the Board in accordance with Board policy DFBB (LOCAL) if any certified employee who is proposed for nonrenewal requests a hearing on the proposed non-renewal.
