Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with attorney regarding legal issues concerning: employee resignations and rescission of resignations; amending Board policy DCB (Local); Reduction in Force (RIF) policies, procedures and practices; employee non-renewals based on a RIF or other reasons set out in Board policy, and procedural issues concerning same; the process for selection of principals. 

4.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding proposed nonrenewal of term contract employees and termination of probationary contract employees, including Central Office Directors, Central Executive Directors and other Central Office Staff.
