The Board of Trustees will consider a motion to direct the District's Financial Advisor, Bond Counsel, and Placement Agent to proceed with the issuance and sale of the Desoto ISD Qualified Zone Academy Maintenance Tax Notes, Taxable Series (Tax Credit); such action taken to include submission of the securities to Standard and Poor's for rating, the preparation of all documents, and applications as shall be required and other such items as shall be deemed necessary to issue the Maintenance Tax Notes and to carry out the intent of the Board of Trustees. |
