1.A. Call meeting to order and establish quorum.

2. OPEN FORUM

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
If during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't Code, Chapter 551 Subchapters D and E.

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, conduct superintendent applicant interviews and deliberation.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.071 and 552.0129 consultation with attorney regarding legal issues pertaining to the superintendent applicant interviews and superintendent search.

4. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

|
5. CONSIDERATION AND ACTION, if any, resulting from executive session.
