1. Call to Order
Description:
Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Public Forum
Description:
If you wish to address the Manor ISD Board of Trustees in public comment at the Board’s meeting of May 12, please visit our website and social media platforms on Monday, May 12 at 10:00am to access the online public forum. Comments submitted and received by 4:30pm. on May 11 will be read and considered by the Board at the meeting. Please note that we will continue to observe a five-minute limitation on each individual’s comments.

3. Adjourn to Closed Session

3.1. Pursuant to Tex. Govt. Code 551.074, conduct interviews of applicants for the superintendent position.

3.2. Pursuant to Tex. Govt. Code 551.074, 551.071, 551.129 consider and discuss applicants for the superintendent position and consultation with legal counsel as necessary regarding same.
