1. Call to Order
Description:
Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Public Forum
Description:
It is the policy of the Board that, if members of the audience wish to address the board, they must sign the form at the entrance prior to the meeting. Commentaries and/or questions are limited to the public forum section of the set (said) agenda as is provided in Board Policy (BED).
Pursuant to Manor ISD Board policy BED (Local), at regular meetings the Board allots 30 minutes to hear from people who wish to make comments to the Board. Anyone who wants to participate in this portion of the meeting must sign up before the meeting begins and indicate the topic they wish to address. The Board will take speakers in turn from the sign up sheet. |

4.1. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to receive legal advice regarding the selection of architectural/engineering firms.

4.2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consultation with legal counsel regarding Superintendent search process and retention of search firm.

4.3. Consideration and possible action on the number of possible positions for internal program management services.

6.1. Consideration and possible action on the number of possible positions for internal program management services.

6.2. Consideration and possible action to select architectural/engineering firm(s) for the following projects: (1) Manor Early College High School; (2) New Middle School; (3) New Transportation Facility; (4) New Elementary School; (5) Performing Arts Center; and (6) MISD Police Department, and to delegate authority to the Superintendent to take all actions pursuant to Texas Government Code §2254.004 and Board Policy CH and CV, including presentation of proposed contract(s) to the Board for action.
