1. Call to Order
Description:
Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Adjourn to Closed Session
Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), will present for the Board's consideration:

2.1. Superintendent Performance
|
|
3. Reconvene in Open Session
|
|
4. Action Item
|
|
4.1. Appoint an outside party to review and evaluate the superintendent's job performance as it relates to working with the board, staff and community members and set a time table for a report back to the board;
|
|
4.2. Pending this review and evaluation, the superintendent is placed on leave with pay.
|
|
4.3. Appoint the deputy superintendent as acting superintendent during the period that the superintendent will be on leave.
|
|
5. Adjournment
