3. Consideration and possible approval of Construction Manager At Risk for Blake-Manor Elementary School.

4. Consideration and possible approval of the GMP for Manor Elementary School replacement project.

5. Consideration and possible approval of the GMP for the site and utility package.

6. Consideration and possible approval of additional personnel positions.

Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:
