Description:
Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

Consider passage of an order providing for the issuance of Manor Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building and Refunding Bonds, Series 2004; prescribing the form of said bonds; providing for the security for and payment of said bonds; awarding the sale thereof; approving the official statement; calling certain obligations of the district for redemption prior to maturity; and enacting other provisions related to the subject.
