Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Canvass election results of the May 15, 2004 school board election.

3. Administer the Oath of Office to newly elected board members.
|
|
4. Realignment of the Board of Trustees.
|
|
5. Discussion and possible approval of a contract for Total Program Management.

6. Adjourn to Closed Session
Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:
