Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Presentation of qualifications by architectural firms.

3. Discussion and possible approval of short list of selected architectural firms and to authorize administration to begin negotiating contracts.

4. Adjourn to Closed Session
Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:
