1. Call to Order
Description:
Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Workshop to discuss Budget Priorities.

3. Consideration and possible approval of the recommendations from the committee to determine polling places.
|
4. Consideration and possible approval to: (1) Pass an order calling a bond election to be held in the district.(2) Pass a resolution appointing election officers. (3) Authorize execution of an agreement with Fisher & Newsom, P. C., for services as the district's bond counsel.

5. Consideration and possible approval to: (1) Call a trustee election on 5/15/04 for 2 three year terms; (2) Approve ballot numbers for early voting and regular voting; (3) Appoint early voting judge and clerks; (4) Appoint regular election judge and alternate election judge; (5) Approve early voting canvassing board and (6) Approve a called school board meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 for the purpose of canvassing the election and completing the Statement of Elected Office.

6. Consideration and possible approval to approve Manor Police Department to serve as the Student Resource Officer for Manor ISD.
